1. How do I redeem my 10% membership discount online?

You can redeem your 10% merchandise discount simply by registering/logging into the Club Merchandise Store with the same email address as was used to sign up as a member.

The 10% merchandise discount cannot be applied to existing sale items, or alongside other discount offers.

2. How do I return an item?
Please choose carefully as we DO NOT offer an EXCHANGE service.
We do offer a refund service for any item of incorrect size or deemed faulty or unusable. Please contact merchandise@wufc.com.au before returning any item. Refunds will only be accepted in the event that a product has previously been discussed with a customer service assistant at Western United FC. Refunds can be made within 14 days of delivery of an item. Products must be returned unworn, with all swing tags attached. Product must be returned in original packaging. We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit. Strictly no refunds on personalized jerseys. 3. Is there a size guide available for Kappa Merchandise? Unfortunately, there is no permanent brick and mortar store at the moment. Please know – we are no longer trading from the Truganina address. Please allow up to 10 business days before postage of all online orders of personalised jersey. Strictly no refunds on personalized jerseys.
