The Western United official merchandise store accepts Mastercard and Visa.
All prices are in Australian dollars and include a Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
Australian Orders – Shipping & Handling and Terms of Delivery
- All Australian orders over $150.00 receive free shipping & handling.
- Flat rate of $18.00 for all orders within Australia.
- Standard trackable shipping via Australia Post please allow 3 to 7 business days.
- In the unlikely event that your parcel in unsuccessful in delivery and is returned to our warehouse, an additional freight charge will be applied to re send your order.
International Orders – Shipping & Handling and Terms of Delivery
- All International orders incur a $55.00AUD shipping & handling fee.
- International orders will be subject to tax payable by the orderee.
- Please allow 10-21 business days for overseas deliveries.
Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase.

Products must be returned in new condition, unworn, with all swing tags attached. Product must be returned in original packaging.
A receipt of proof of purchase must be provided for change of mind returns and we can only accommodate the change of mind if we have your desired item in stock.
It is a requirement to include an enclosed self-addressed satchel for any exchange transaction. Failure to do so will require and additional postage charge as per our shipping & handling costs.
We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit.
Please note Exchanges will not be available on any Cap or Beanie purchase.
Please note, we do not offer Refunds for Change of Mind.

Refunds will only be accepted in the event that a product is deemed faulty by Western United FC.
