- The Western United FC official merchandise store accepts Mastercard and Visa.
- All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include a Goods and Services Tax of 10%.
Australian Orders – Shipping and Handling and Terms of Delivery
- All Australian orders over $100.00 receive free shipping and handling.
- Flat rate of $10.00 for all orders within Australia.
- Standard trackable shipping via Australia Post please allow 3 to 7 business days.
- In the unlikely event that your parcel is unsuccessful in delivery and is returned to our warehouse, an additional freight charge will be applied to to have your order resent.
International Orders – Shipping and Handling and Terms of Delivery
- All international orders incur a $35.00AUD shipping and handling fee.
- International orders will be subject to tax payable by the orderee.
- Please allow 10-21 business days for overseas deliveries.
- Exchanges can be made within 14 days of purchase.
- Please email email@example.com in the event that you require an exchange.
- Products must be returned unworn, with all swing tags attached.
- Product must be returned in original packaging.
- It is a requirement to include an enclosed self-addressed satchel for any exchange transaction. Failure to do so will require an additional postage charge as per our shipping & handling costs.
- We suggest returning your item(s) by Recorded Delivery, Registered Post or your local equivalent as we cannot accept any liability for goods lost in transit.
- Please note exchanges will not be available on any cap/beanie or mask purchases.
- Please note, we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
- Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org before returning a faulty item.
- Refunds will only be accepted in the event that a product is deemed faulty by Western United FC.
